🔧 Reefer Technician Wanted – Mississauga, ON | Up to $36/hr We're looking for a skilled Reefer Technician to join our team in Mississauga! If you have a strong mechanical/HVAC background and know your way around transport refrigeration units, we want to hear from you. 📅 Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 6:30 AM–7:00 PM (12-hour shifts) + $2.50/hr shift premium, hours topped up to 40/week 💰 Compensation: Up to $36/hour based on experience What You'll Do: 🔹 Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair truck/trailer refrigeration units 🔹 Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing 🔹 Use diagnostic scanners and electronic test equipment to resolve system faults 🔹 Remove, replace, and test for refrigerant leaks 🔹 Perform soldering/welding as needed 🔹 Document work orders and communicate findings clearly 🔹 Maintain a safe, organized shop environment What You Bring: ✅ Mechanical and/or HVAC experience ✅ 2–3 years in transport refrigeration (preferred) ✅ ODP Certificate (preferred) ✅ Valid Class G License (clean abstract preferred) ✅ Own tools and tool storage ✅ Experience with Thermo King, Carrier, or similar brands (asset) ✅ Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals ✅ Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail Why Join Us: 🌟 Competitive pay based on experience 🌟 Stable, full-time role with a growing company 🌟 Clean, professional shop 🌟 Ongoing training & manufacturer certifications 🌟 Benefits package (details at interview) Want to join the Team?
