Job summary

We are looking for a hands-on Field Installation Coordinator to manage and support on-site installation of digital media screens. This role focuses on working directly with installation crews, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards. Key Responsibilities Work directly with on-site installation crews to coordinate and support screen installations Be present on-site as needed to oversee progress and ensure quality of work Schedule and coordinate installation timelines with contractors Monitor installation progress and ensure deadlines are met Identify and resolve on-site issues in a timely manner Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with local regulations Conduct basic site checks before and after installation Report project updates, issues, and completion status to internal teams Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in field operations, construction coordination, or installation projects Experience working with contractors or installation crews Strong problem-solving and on-site coordination skills Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in the field Basic knowledge of electrical, low-voltage, or hardware installation is an asset Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the Greater Vancouver area Fluent in English (Mandarin is an asset) Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness Benefits Extended health care Paid time off

Requirements
