Responsibilities Conduct end-to-end process discovery, process mapping, and current-state assessments across business functions. Analyze complex business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, friction points, and improvement opportunities. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and process walkthrough sessions to gather business requirements. Create process documentation including process maps, SOPs, workflows, business procedures, and operating models. Design future-state processes and recommend process optimization initiatives. Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and transformation teams to drive process improvement programs. Support changing management activities and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the transformation lifecycle. Prepare executive-ready presentations, findings, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
