Required Skills and Responsibilities: • Strong hands on experience in Palo Alto Firewalls (policy configuration, troubleshooting). • Understanding of security zones, NAT, AppID, UserID, threat profiles. • Good knowledge of routing switching (OSPF, BGP, VLANs) • Firewall log analysis and troubleshooting skills. • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls including policies, NAT, security profiles, and routing. • Support day-to-day BAU activities for firewall access, rule updates, and connectivity issues • Monitor firewall logs and ensure compliance with security policies. • Monitor network firewall alerts and take corrective actions Analyze traffic patterns, identify anomalies, and support incident response. • Configure IPSec VPN, Global • Protect, and troubleshoot remote access issues • Follow enterprise security standards, document configurations, and maintain architecture compliance • Work with network teams, SOC, and application owners for rule creation and troubleshooting.
