Skills and Responsibilities: Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer with deep expertise in Palo Alto technologies and Prisma SD-WAN solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting secure enterprise WAN and security infrastructures. This role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, experience with datacenter migration initiatives, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders in both English and French. Mandatory Skills Expert-level experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW). Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Panorama for centralized policy management, monitoring, and administration. Proven expertise in designing and implementing Prisma SD-WAN solutions. In-depth knowledge of SD-WAN architecture, deployment methodologies, performance optimization, and troubleshooting. Professional fluency in both English and French, with the ability to provide technical support and collaborate with international teams. Preferred Skills Experience with Prisma Access and other Palo Alto cloud-delivered security solutions. Hands-on experience in datacenter migration projects, including planning, network transition, cutover execution, validation, and post-migration optimization. Strong understanding of network security principles, enterprise WAN environments, and secure connectivity frameworks. Experience supporting large-scale, globally distributed network infrastructures. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and support Prisma SD-WAN solutions to enhance network performance, resilience, and scalability. Configure, administer, and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama environments. Lead and support datacenter migration activities, ensuring secure and seamless network transitions with minimal business disruption. Diagnose and resolve complex network, security, and connectivity issues across enterprise environments. Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver network and security solutions aligned with business requirements. Provide technical support and stakeholder communication in both English and French. Monitor network health, optimize performance, and ensure high availability of critical infrastructure services. Implement and maintain security controls in accordance with organizational policies, industry standards, and best practices. Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
