Production Support Engineer Job Description Key Responsibilities & Skills Operations and production support experience. Deep understanding of distributed systems. Strong experience analyzing production issues, identifying root causes, and developing and implementing fixes. Experience supporting .NET-based applications. Contribute to end-to-end software development activities, including: Coding and code reviews Unit and integration testing Deployment and release management Proficiency with SQL databases. Experience with RESTful API design. Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins. Experience remediating vulnerabilities, including SAST, DAST, and server vulnerabilities. Experience providing pager/on-call support. Proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot. Strong communication and team collaboration skills. Ability to work independently. Nice to Have Exposure to cloud platforms. Microservices experience. JavaScript knowledge. Requirements

Candidates should have production support experience, a strong understanding of distributed systems, and proficiency with .NET, SQL databases, RESTful APIs, Git, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins. The role also calls for vulnerability remediation experience, familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot, strong communication and collaboration, and the ability to work independently; cloud, microservices, and JavaScript experience are nice to have.
