Proficient in integrating Agentic AI capabilities for intelligent decision-making, document understanding, and dynamic workflow orchestration. Skilled in end-to-end bot lifecycle management, exception handling, and performance optimization while ensuring secure, resilient automation frameworks. Collaborates with business and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver high-impact digital transformation initiatives.
