Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design Lead FSC target architecture, including: Data model alignment covering Person Account versus Individual, Households, Financial Accounts, Relationships, and Referrals Security models covering role hierarchy, sharing rules, Territory, and Platform Encryption/Shield Event-driven and API-first design Define integration architecture using MuleSoft/API-led, batch, near-real-time, platform events, and Change Data Capture patterns with: Core banking platforms Loan origination systems Underwriting systems Custodians Data warehouses Identity platforms using SSO, SAML, OAuth, and JWT Govern data strategy across Data Cloud, ETL/ELT, deduplication and matching, data quality, consent, archival and retention, and metadata management. Own non-functional requirements covering: Performance Scalability Resiliency Observability using tools such as Splunk and New Relic Multi-org and multi-geo strategies Compliance with OSFI, PIPEDA, and SOC 2 Delivery & Leadership Translate business capabilities such as Onboarding/KYC, Lending, Wealth Planning, Claims, and Contact Center into: Solution blueprints User stories Acceptance criteria Definitions of Ready and Done Lead development through hands-on configuration and code reviews involving Apex, Flows, LWC, SOQL, asynchronous patterns, External Services, and Named Credentials. Establish DevOps practices covering: Git branching CI/CD using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines Salesforce DX Scratch orgs Packaging Enforce quality through: Unit-test coverage Mutation testing Static code analysis using PMD and CodeScan Performance testing Regression automation using Tosca, Selenium, or Cypress Manage environments and releases, including sandbox strategy, seed data, test-data management, feature toggles, and change control. Coach and mentor developers, conduct technical assessments, and support upskilling.
