Required skill set "Skills and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: "Design, configure, and support SAP CallidusCloud Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions.Gather business requirements and translate them into incentive compensation plans, rules, and payout calculations. Configure compensation plans, quotas, commissions, territories, crediting, and workflows in ICM.Develop and maintain calculation logic, dashboards, reports, and compensation statements. Perform data integration with SAP and non-SAP systems using ETL/integration tools.Support UAT, production deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Collaborate with business stakeholders, sales operations, finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate commission processing. Provide production support and resolve compensation-related issues. Required Skills Strong experience in SAP CallidusCloud ICM (Incentive Compensation Management). Hands-on expertise in compensation plan design, rule configuration, and commission calculations. Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and system integrations.Good understanding of Sales Compensation, Incentive Management, and Finance processes. Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools. Experience in requirements gathering, testing, and deployment activities. Preferred Skills Experience with SAP Commissions / SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management. Knowledge of SAP CPI, SAP Integration Suite, or other integration platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills."
