Review network architecture and detailed engineering designs for technical quality and operational readiness. Validate implementation plans, methods of procedure (MOPs), testing steps, and rollback procedures. Participate in major-incident and outage bridges, providing decisive technical leadership. Provide L3 troubleshooting and escalation support for complex network issues. Support critical maintenance windows, cutovers, and refresh activities as required.
