Required Skills: • good years of experience in a civil drafting, structural drafting, or telecom infrastructure drafting role. • Professional Engineering designation or eligibility/registration with the Ordre des in génieurs du Québec (OIQ) is required. • French language proficiency is mandatory, including both written and verbal communication. • Strong experience preparing telecom construction drawings and installation packages. • Solid understanding of civil/structural drafting practices, telecom site layouts, rooftop installations, tower reinforcement, and foundation detailing. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and modify technical drawings for telecom network projects, including site plans, schematics, construction details, and installation layouts. • Prepare complete construction documentation packages required for implementation and field execution. • Draft installation packages for 5G upgrades, rooftop designs, tower modifications, and related telecom infrastructure work. • Prepare structural detailing drawings, including foundation details, tower reinforcing, and related civil/structural components. • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, designers, and other team members to ensure designs meet project specifications and client requirements. • Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, constructability, and compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations. • Maintain accurate drawing records, revisions, documentation logs, and project-related information. • Support quality control activities by validating design inputs, markups, revisions, and final drawing deliverables.
