THE OPPORTUNITY: The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for championing our customer experience strategy by acting as a liaison between customers, sales reps, and various internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. What You Will Do: Responsible for reviewing purchase orders and communicating with customers (dealers) to ensure accurate entry and customer requests are met in a timely manner. Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the ERP systems and customer purchase orders. Creates order headers on orders by quote, or orders with drawings for Order Analysts to check. Completes all paperwork and respective online documentation required for Tayco Installation. Communicates any questions on orders by quote/ orders with drawings to customers to receive back correct information for Order Analysts to process orders. Expertly handle Customer Experience inquires and ensures quality service to both internal and external customers We are seeking passionate candidates who possess the following experience and competencies: Strong Customer Experience and troubleshooting skills Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing Able to work well under pressure Strong attention to detail Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel and e-mail Proven data entry and typing skills Salary Range - $50,000 to $55,000 Why Work for Tayco?
