Property Administrator This is a full-time role in Toronto and requires a highly motivated individual to have responsibilities for Tenant & Lease Administration, Vendor & Contractor Coordination, AP – processing vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, expense management, maintaining accurate financial records, management of high-volume payments, and providing support to the Community Leader related to tenant billing, monitoring of AR and follow up, assist with annual CAM reconciliation/prebills and the budget. In your customer first mentality you build relationships with community customers, your colleagues, external contractors, while working as a member of the Taylor+ team. Qualifications - 5-10+ years experience with Lease Administration, Expense Reports and Journal Entries (Accounting) within a Retail commercial real estate portfolio, including flagship/boutique retail assets - Strong Finance and Accounting skills - Excellent Analytical Skills - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in financial records - Proficiency in accounting software (Yardi) and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong communication and collaboration skills
