Job Description Department Overview Wealth Advice Pricing is part of the dynamic Wealth Advice Solutions & Enablement (WASE) team within Wealth Advice Strategy and Solutions. We are responsible for Investment Platforms, Technology, Operations and Digital Enablement for PIA, PIC, and FP ensuring alignment with business strategy, profitable management of key flagship products, and exceptional client and wealth advisor experiences. To deliver a best-in-class investment solutions platform, we focus on product & pricing strategy, development, and management; ongoing advisor / product / pricing / process optimization; P&L management; and distribution support. Role We are hiring for the position of Analyst, Wealth Advice Pricing to help provide a broad range of pricing analysis, reporting, monitoring, and support to the Wealth Advice lines of business. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Wealth Advice Pricing, accountabilities of the Analyst role include: Providing pricing support to advisors, reviewing inquiries from the field on clawback charges, and executing requests to cross-platform price households Reviewing pricing exceptions requests and providing recommendation to Pricing Review Committee for all discount requests based on industry benchmarks Acting as a subject-matter expert in support of Wealth projects, including planning and executing on changes and updating processes and product features to adapt to regulatory changes and strategic initiatives Maintaining pricing information and other internal resources to reflect industry-wide best practices, processes, and policies Assisting on execution of pricing frameworks to better understand detailed-level allocation of revenue, compensation, and expenses Supporting business growth by leveraging data to optimize pricing in advisors' books and identify areas of opportunity to apply consistent pricing practices Providing ad hoc pricing data, analysis, and project support and developing analytical insights for senior management to facilitate changes in pricing processes Ensuring policies and procedures are accurate and up to date Job Requirements This is the entry role.
