A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in IT Project Management. A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience working as a Senior Project Manager in the digital health space in the public sector in New Brunswick, Canada. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Demonstrated experience in successfully managing large, complex projects that cross multiple business units and organizations, involve multiple direct project participants, operate for an extended period, and involve dealing with business transformation as well as technical issues. Demonstrated experience applying strong skills in the areas of communication planning, coordination and implementation including presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in specific project execution activities including issue/risk management, change control, implementation, and transition. Demonstrated experience leading and motivating cross-functional project teams of five or more resources including but not limited to developers, solution strategists, and business subject matter experts Demonstrated experience analyzing project data such as project schedules, budgets and performance metrics, and utilization of this information to make data-driven decisions Demonstrated experience leveraging Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban Demonstrated ability to collaborate with GNB executive-level stakeholders, providing ongoing project insights, risk management, and comprehensive briefing documents. Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Manager implementing solutions on Salesforce Health Cloud. Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager working with Provincial Cancer Screening Programs or other Public Sector Health Programs within in a Canadian jurisdiction Demonstrated experience and familiarity with privacy and security concepts as it relates to Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) in a provincial context. Recognized Project Management Certification. Please provide name of certification and when achieved.

Lead and manage large, complex IT projects within the digital health public sector, specifically implementing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions. Coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate with executive-level stakeholders to provide project insights and risk management.

Requires a minimum of 10 years of IT Project Management experience, including 2 years as a Senior PM in New Brunswick's public health sector. A university degree in Computer Science and a recognized Project Management certification are preferred.
