As a Senior Electrical Engineer (P.Eng.), you will provide technical leadership from concept through commissioning, serving as a trusted advisor to clients while mentoring engineers and driving engineering excellence, safety, and innovation. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead complex electrical engineering projects from design through commissioning and project closeout. Develop, review, approve, and seal engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Perform engineering studies, system analysis, and develop practical, code-compliant electrical solutions. Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery. Mentor engineers and designers, conduct technical reviews, and promote engineering best practices. Build strong client relationships by providing technical expertise, preparing proposals, and identifying innovative solutions. WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL Experience leading complex engineering projects from concept through commissioning. Strong knowledge of power systems, electrical design, the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC), industry standards, and engineering best practices. Proven leadership, project management, and mentoring abilities. Excellent communication, client relationship, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. A collaborative mindset with a commitment to safety, quality, innovation, and delivering exceptional engineering solutions. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE We're looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with leadership, sound judgment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll bring: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. P.Eng. designation (or eligibility for registration). 5+ years of progressive industrial electrical engineering experience.
