Location: Montreal, QC, Canada Work Model: Hybrid — 3 days on-site, 2 days remote Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: From $100K+ annually, depending on experience and interview results Position Overview TechTalentsAgency is seeking an experienced Head of Delivery Lead to oversee software delivery across multiple teams and lead a team of 3 Delivery Managers. The role is suitable for an experienced Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Head of Delivery Managers with a strong software development background who is ready to take broader ownership of delivery performance, processes, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and manage 3 Delivery Managers. Oversee delivery across multiple software development teams and projects. Manage planning, timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery commitments. Coordinate closely with Engineering, Product, QA, and Business stakeholders. Ensure delivery plans align with product roadmaps and business priorities. Monitor delivery performance, KPIs, risks, and forecasts. Improve and standardize software delivery processes. Support resource and capacity planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Manage escalations and cross-team dependencies. Support hiring, onboarding, and development of the delivery team. Qualifications Strong experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or Program Management within software development. Proven experience managing multiple teams or delivery streams. Previous people-management or leadership experience. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum. Experience with project planning, estimation, risk management, capacity planning, and stakeholder management. Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Experience improving software delivery processes. Professional working proficiency in English and Ukrainian. Ability to work on-site in Montreal 3 days per week. Preferred Qualifications Experience building or scaling delivery teams. Experience with software, cloud platforms, IoT, connected devices, or hardware-enabled products. B2B or enterprise software experience. Experience with international or distributed teams. Technical or QA background. Agile, Scrum, or Project Management certifications. MBA or relevant management education. Success in This Role The Head of Delivery Lead will be responsible for improving: delivery predictability and time-to-market; roadmap and release execution; risk and dependency management; delivery efficiency and transparency; collaboration between Product and Engineering; performance and professional growth of Delivery Managers. Prior Head or Director-level experience is not required. Strong Project Managers or Delivery Managers ready to move into a broader leadership role are encouraged to apply.

Oversee software delivery across multiple teams and lead a team of three Delivery Managers. Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and QA stakeholders to align delivery plans with business priorities and roadmaps.

Requires strong experience in Project or Delivery Management within software development and proven leadership experience. Proficiency in English and Ukrainian is required, along with the ability to work on-site in Montreal.
