Job Tittle: Delinea Subject Matter expert Location: Remote Job Type: Fulltime Job Profile: Delinea Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Implementation Specialist A Delinea Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong implementation background is responsible for leading the end-to-end deployment and optimization of Delinea’s Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. This role focuses on ensuring secure and seamless implementation across IT infrastructures, aligning with organizational cybersecurity objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of Delinea solution implementations, including requirement gathering, design, installation, configuration, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess existing systems and develop tailored PAM architectures leveraging Delinea tools like Secret Server, Cloud Suite, and Privilege Manager. Perform integration of Delinea solutions with IT ecosystems, including Active Directory, LDAP, ITSM tools, and other identity and access management (IAM) platforms. Develop custom scripts and workflows to enhance PAM functionality and automate repetitive tasks. Provide hands-on technical guidance for troubleshooting and resolving implementation challenges. Ensure alignment with regulatory compliance and security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2. Train and mentor internal IT teams to operate and manage Delinea solutions effectively post-deployment. Prepare detailed documentation of implementation processes, configurations, and user guides. Key Skills and Competencies: Extensive experience in implementing and configuring Delinea PAM solutions in diverse environments. Strong understanding of security protocols, risk assessment, and identity management best practices. Expertise in integration workflows and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for process automation. Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The Delinea SME is responsible for leading the end-to-end deployment and optimization of Delinea’s PAM solutions. This includes managing the full lifecycle of implementations and ensuring alignment with organizational cybersecurity objectives.

Candidates should have extensive experience in implementing Delinea PAM solutions and a strong understanding of security protocols and identity management best practices. Expertise in integration workflows and scripting for process automation is also required.
