Description This job posting is for an existing, active vacancy and we are looking to hire IT Project Manager at Brampton, ON with extensive experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations, ERP modernization, cloud migration, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives. Candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP S/4HANA, ERP, Salesforce, and enterprise application projects. Manage project scope, budget, timeline, risks, and resources. Drive Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies. Coordinate business, technical, integration, and testing teams. Manage vendors, consultants, and third-party partners. Oversee data migration, system integrations, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities. Provide executive reporting and governance updates. Required Experience 10+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience. Proven success delivering SAP S/4HANA or large ERP transformation programs. Experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and enterprise integrations. Strong stakeholder management and PMO governance experience. Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Preferred Certifications PMP Scrum Master ITIL AWS/Azure Certification

Requires 10 or more years of IT project or program management experience and a proven record delivering SAP S/4HANA or large ERP transformation programs. Candidates should have experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft, Azure or AWS, enterprise integrations, stakeholder management, PMO governance, and Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall; PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL, and cloud certifications are preferred.
