Technical Skills - 20% • Experience with defect tracking tool like Jira / Azure DevOps • Strong understanding of defect management life cycle • Demonstrates an experience of proper Documentation of Test Cases / Test Execution Plans • Working knowledge and experience of QMetry is an asset • Working experience of an automation tool (GUI and API ) is an asset • Ability to write and understand SQL is an asset • Ability to understand data models is an asset • Ability to understand Java and Javascript is an asset Public Sector Experience- 5% • Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset • Experience with Case Management would be an asset.
