The Toolmaker will be responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining injection and compression molds. Daily tasks include performing tool assembly, troubleshooting tooling issues, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure high-quality output. Additional responsibilities involve reading and interpreting blueprints, Qualifications Proficiency in injection and compression tooling processes Skilled in precision machining, mold assembly, and repair Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics Knowledge of metalworking, tooling standards, and quality control Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and organizational skills Familiarity with ISO standards and Moldflow analysis software is an asset Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment Relevant education or certification in Tool and Mold Making or a closely related field
