Job summary

Main Responsibilities Understanding and interpreting customer and market requirements to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions that meet applicable functional and appearance requirements. Participating in and leading, as necessary, work packages during tenders, delivery projects, and Research & Development activities. Ensuring proposed design solutions align with established brand, design, and perceived quality standards. Effectively communicating design proposals and solutions using a variety of techniques, including but not limited to sketches, renderings, Alias models, and specification documents. Working as part of a multi-functional engineering team. Working with external partners. Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of design processes. Successfully completing bid and delivery projects through the timely completion of agreed deliverables. Keeping abreast of technological developments and looking for ways to enhance mobility solutions. Defining design tasks for operational teams, both internal and external. Maintaining close liaison with the Workload Manager to ensure Design teams are staffed on time and according to project requirements. Efficiently following up on design projects while respecting design objectives related to specifications, timelines, and cost. Supporting the internal validation process for tender and project design reviews with customers and management. Ensuring the quality of internal and external design production in accordance with project needs and standardized acceptance criteria. Conducting research on culture, trends, and longer-term tendencies related to CMF. Managing suppliers responsible for the production of primary samples. Ensuring the archival of completed projects and implementable materials to benefit future projects. Required Competencies Design degree required. More than 8 years of experience in a multifunctional engineering. environment delivering complex technical solutions. Strong written and spoken French and English communication skills.
