Job Description What You’ll Do Operate and monitor production equipment while maintaining quality standards Make machine adjustments, perform troubleshooting, diagnose issues, and carry out minor repairs to ensure the facility’s equipment operates efficiently The candidate will be trained on the day or night shift (training flexibility required) Complete setups and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime Use tools and measuring devices to maintain product specifications Complete daily production and maintenance reports Maintain a clean and safe workplace and follow safety regulations Communicate issues and priorities during shift change Qualifications What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or automated production Strong industrial mechanical aptitude (electrical knowledge is a plus) Strong communication and teamwork Basic computer skills (ERP/Microsoft tools a plus) ⭐ Concrete manufacturing experience is a plus (Masa, Hess, Columbia, etc.) Additional Information Career Growth and Recognition: At Techo-Bloc, we're career builders.
