Job details

Company Description Techo-Bloc is a leading North American manufacturer and distributor of outdoor living and landscaping products, with 9 manufacturing plants and 15 distribution centers. Since our founding, we have focused on innovation, design, and operational excellence to transform the way people experience their backyards. Our team of more than 900 employees works in a structured and fast-growing environment where we value people who take initiative, solve problems before being asked, and aren't afraid to suggest a better way of doing things. Job Description The Role at a Glance As an E-Commerce Coordinator, you will be the bridge between our products and the thousands of customers who browse our website every day. You’ll work closely with our Development, UX/UI, Marketing, and Digital teams to shape an online shopping experience that reflects the boldness of our brand: clear, inspiring, and easy to navigate. This role is for someone who enjoys balancing data-driven precision with creative product storytelling—and who finds the idea of completely rethinking a category structure more exciting than exhausting. What You’ll Do Product Merchandising & Discoverability Maintain and optimize product and category pages to improve accuracy, visibility, and user experience. Refine category structures, sorting logic, filters, product tagging, and site search so customers can quickly find the right product. Manage merchandising updates, seasonal launches, new product releases, and promotions. Content, Site Structure & SEO Maintain web content, product data, CMS organization, category hierarchy, menus, and internal linking. Optimize content, metadata, and page structure to maximize search engine visibility. Conduct regular website audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards. Performance & Continuous Improvement Monitor key metrics (traffic, bounce rate, time on page, site search, and product and category performance) and turn data into actionable recommendations. Identify opportunities to improve navigation, online merchandising, and the digital customer experience—and proactively bring them forward rather than simply pointing them out. Collaborate with the Developer, UX/UI Designer, Web Coordinator, Marketing team, and internal stakeholders on new features, integrations, and website updates. Qualifications Above all, we’re looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and proactive—someone who asks, “What if we did this differently?” before anyone even asks them to. If you check most of the boxes below, we want to hear from you, even if you don’t meet 100% of them. Must-Haves Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, website management, merchandising, SEO, or content management. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and comfort working with web content, product data, CMS platforms, and spreadsheets. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Nice to Have (a Big Plus, But Not Required) Understanding of SEO best practices, site structure, and online merchandising. Analytical mindset combined with curiosity about user behavior and e-commerce trends. A creative mindset and a willingness to think outside the box—we prefer bold ideas over cookie-cutter solutions. Additional Information Techo-Bloc offers a structured, fast-growing environment where you can build a long-term career. We offer competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package: Group insurance and RRSP with employer contributions 24/7 telemedicine and Employee Assistance Program Flexible work environment Training and development programs Performance-based bonus Employee recognition programs Employee discounts and on-site perks (snacks, events, free parking)
