What You’ll Do We’re looking for someone hands-on, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn. Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor repairs Complete machine setups and preventative maintenance Use tools and measuring equipment to maintain quality Complete production and maintenance reports Keep the workplace clean, safe, and organized Communicate issues and priorities with your team Training will be provided on either the day or night shift, so flexibility during training is required. We’ll teach you our equipment. We’re looking for the attitude, work ethic, and mechanical mindset to learn it.
