The individual is responsible to operate the equipment efficiently to meet productivity and product quality performance objectives, demonstrate a positive attitude and open-mindedness in order to optimize teamwork. This individual must have industrial mechanic competencies and be able to learn how to adjust, troubleshoot, repair and operate machinery in the facility. Tasks: Operate all the consoles and make the required adjustments to the various components of the equipment; Ensure the production of products according to the production schedule; Use different tools and/or equipment. Responsible for the tools made available to him; Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and perform preventive maintenance. Find solutions to production problems; Coordinate the execution of tasks within his team (8 people); Provide staff training; Ensure that each procedure is respected (quality, health and safety, etc.); Ensure that manufactured products meet quality standards; Identify issues and improve quality standards; Actively participate in production meetings and share relevant information; Ensure the cleaning of premises and equipment in order to keep the work environment clean and safe; Participate in the development of OHS correction and prevention solutions; Complete the various reports; Collaborate with the production team to optimize the manufacturing process, work in continuous improvement mode to eliminate problems at the source. Qualifications Profile we’re looking for Minimum 1 year of experience as a machine operator; Mechanical skills; Understand the operation of production equipment; Work in a structured way (organization and planning); Be in good physical shape; Leadership, sense of responsibility, proactive; Ability to solve problems.
