This individual must have industrial mechanic competencies and be able to learn how to adjust, troubleshoot, repair and operate machinery in the facility. Tasks:Operate all the consoles and make the required adjustments to the various components of the equipment;Ensure the production of products according to the production schedule;Use different tools and/or equipment. Responsible for the tools made available to him;Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and perform preventive maintenance. Find solutions to production problems;Coordinate the execution of tasks within his team (8 people);Provide staff training;Ensure that each procedure is respected (quality, health and safety, etc.);Ensure that manufactured products meet quality standards;Identify issues and improve quality standards;Actively participate in production meetings and share relevant information;Ensure the cleaning of premises and equipment in order to keep the work environment clean and safe;Participate in the development of OHS correction and prevention solutions;Complete the various reports;Collaborate with the production team to optimize the manufacturing process, work in continuous improvement mode to eliminate problems at the source.QualificationsProfile we’re looking forMinimum 1 year of experience as a machine operator;Mechanical skills;Understand the operation of production equipment;Work in a structured way (organization and planning);Be in good physical shape;Leadership, sense of responsibility, proactive;Ability to solve problems.Additional InformationCareer Growth and Recognition: At Techo-Bloc, we're career builders.
