Techspirit Inc. is looking for a friendly and knowledgeable In-Store Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers about our products, and driving sales. This position requires a proactive, outgoing individual who is comfortable engaging with customers and promoting our products. Responsibilities: * Greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner * Identifying customer needs and recommending products that meet their requirements * Providing customers with accurate product information, pricing, and technical specifications * Demonstrating and showcasing products to customers in-store * Assisting customers with the purchase process, including processing payments and providing receipts * Maintaining a clean and organized store environment * Monitoring inventory levels and restocking products as needed * Staying up-to-date on industry trends, product launches, and new technologies * Providing feedback to management on customer preferences and buying patterns Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * Proven work experience in a retail sales environment * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to work well in a team environment * Knowledge of consumer electronics products and technologies preferred * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends * Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and climb ladders * Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash and credit card transactions If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for electronics and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
