Role Overview The Microsoft 365 & Copilot Specialist helps business users confidently and responsibly embrace Microsoft 365 Copilot Premium and the agent capabilities enabled across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. The role focuses on user support, training, clear communication, mentoring, feedback loops, and practical guidance for Copilot and custom agents. The emphasis is helping business users understand what Copilot and agents can do, when to use them, how to use them responsibly, and how to get support. Responsibilities Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures Provide functional support and training for Copilot Chat and Copilot experiences in Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft 365 apps. Triage common issues related to access, licensing, behaviour encouraged within guidelines, agent discovery, content quality, permissions, and support routing. Support champion networks, community sessions, and targeted enablement for teams adopting Copilot and agents. Capture user feedback, adoption barriers, support themes, success stories, and value opportunities for continuous improvement. Solution design support with related technologies such as Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Code Apps and Power Automate. Guide business users and agent owners through use case definition, knowledge source readiness, testing, ownership, publishing readiness, and post-launch support expectations. Build clear job aids, FAQs, timely examples, Teams posts, newsletters, training materials, and success stories. Reinforce responsible AI practices, privacy expectations, permissions awareness, data handling, and source-quality considerations. Partner with Service Desk, Security, Privacy, Legal, Data Governance, Communications, and business collaborators on mentorship and blocking issues. Qualifications Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot Premium, Copilot Chat, and Copilot experiences in Microsoft 365 apps. Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio agent) Strong facilitation, ability to mentor, collaborator engagement, writing, editing, storytelling, and plain-language communication skills. Experience in business-user adoption, digital workplace enablement, training, communications, organizational transitions, or technology support. Familiarity with agents, grounding, instructions, knowledge sources, actions/tools, ownership, testing, feedback, and lifecycle support. Familiarity with Agent Builder, SharePoint agents, Copilot Studio agents, and when to use each pattern. Ability to translate AI, privacy, security, permissions, and governance concepts into practical user guidance. Organized, diligent, service-minded, and comfortable handling multiple adoption and support activities. Experience with enterprise AI adoption, responsible AI, Microsoft 365 governance, or digital workplace transformation. Experience creating enablement content such as guides, videos, presentations, newsletters, or learning pathways. Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, adoption, change management, or security/compliance. Spanish language proficiency is an asset.
