Senior Dynamics 365 Developer

Our client is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure. The successful candidate will work onsite in Toronto, delivering scalable cloud-based solutions while collaborating within Agile project teams Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure. Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions. Develop detailed technical designs, programming specifications, and high-quality code. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service modules and related Power Platform solutions. Develop both low-code and custom-coded Dynamics 365 solutions. Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and Microsoft cloud technologies. Develop APIs and backend services using ASP.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and Azure SQL. Build and maintain Power Apps (Model-Driven, Canvas Apps), Power Pages, and PCF Controls. Develop server-side functionality using Liquid templating where required. Design and develop solutions using Dataverse. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups. Manage source control, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-implementation support. Conduct unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and technical documentation. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC. Must-Have Qualifications 8+ years of software development experience in enterprise environments. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (Customer Experience). Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Dataverse). Experience designing and developing cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. Experience with Dynamics 365 interoperability and integration with Microsoft cloud technologies. Expertise in both low-code and custom development within Dynamics 365. Strong knowledge of Dataverse design and development. Experience developing Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Custom PCF Controls, and Power Pages. Experience with ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, Web APIs, Entity Framework, and Azure SQL. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery methodologies. Experience configuring Customer Service Workspace, Case Management, Knowledge Management, Agent Experience Profiles, Session Templates, Workstreams, and Routing in Dynamics 365. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification. Microsoft Azure certification. Experience with Kanban and Agile project management tools. Knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS cloud service models. Experience developing enterprise integrations and middleware solutions. Experience with Liquid templating and server-side development. Familiarity with Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) standards. Experience conducting technical design walkthroughs and code reviews. Public sector or government project experience. Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

The Senior Dynamics 365 Developer will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure. They will collaborate within Agile project teams to deliver scalable cloud-based solutions.
