Job details

About the Opportunity Are you a recruiter, sales professional, or business developer who enjoys building relationships and wants more control over your earning potential? We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Client Manager / 360 Recruiter to join our team and take ownership of both sides of the recruiting desk. You’ll have the opportunity to develop new client relationships, grow your own book of business, recruit exceptional talent, and guide searches from initial conversation through successful placement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the freedom and accountability of running their own desk, while still having the infrastructure, resources, and support of an established national recruiting organization behind them. What You'll Own Identify and develop new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, social media, and relationship-building. Establish trusted partnerships with hiring managers and key decision-makers. Take ownership of client relationships and understand their hiring needs, challenges, and goals. Manage searches from job intake through candidate placement and offer acceptance. Identify, qualify, interview, and present strong candidates for open positions. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and candidates. Lead conversations around recruiting fees, offers, compensation, and employment terms. Collaborate with our broader recruiting network to expand candidate reach and improve speed-to-fill. Keep up with relevant market trends, talent availability, and industry developments. Maintain accurate activity, candidate, and client information within our CRM/ATS. Create a positive, professional experience for both clients and candidates throughout the process. What You'll Bring We’re interested in people who are motivated by relationships, results, and the opportunity to build something of their own. You’ll ideally have: Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, and business development. Experience managing a full recruiting desk is a strong advantage. A proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and develop new business. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A self-directed, entrepreneurial approach to your work. Comfort working in a performance-based environment where your results directly influence your income. Experience working with an ATS or CRM; Bullhorn experience is an asset. Strong organization and follow-through. A professional, accountable approach and a genuine interest in helping clients and candidates succeed. What You Can Expect 🏡 Fully Remote Work from wherever you do your best work, with the flexibility and autonomy of a remote environment. 💰 Uncapped Commission There’s no ceiling on your earning potential. The business you develop and the placements you make directly contribute to your income. 🤝 Built-In Operational Support You won’t be responsible for building the infrastructure behind the business. Our support teams can assist with areas such as contracts, payroll, invoicing, legal, compliance, credentialing, marketing, and operations. 📚 Training & Development Access training, mentorship, experienced leadership, and a network of recruiting and business development professionals. 🌎 National Opportunities Work with clients and candidates across the U.S. and gain exposure to a broad range of industries and talent markets. Why This Role? This isn’t simply an opportunity to fill jobs. It’s an opportunity to build a business within a proven platform. You’ll have the freedom to develop your own client relationships, grow your network, manage your desk, and determine how far you want to take your business, while having experienced people and established infrastructure supporting you along the way. If you're ambitious, relationship-driven, and ready to take greater ownership of your recruiting career and income, we’d love to hear from you. :::
