Hiring: Senior CRM Program Manager (Contract) Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid – 6 days onsite per month) French is mandatory We're seeking an experienced Senior CRM Program Manager to lead the selection, acquisition, implementation, and delivery of a new enterprise CRM platform within a large, complex organization. 🔹 What You'll Be Doing Define the product vision, roadmap, and implementation strategy for a new enterprise CRM solution. Lead the end-to-end CRM selection process, from business requirements and vendor evaluation through implementation and deployment. Coordinate technology assessments, procurement activities, and RFP processes. Collaborate with enterprise architects, PMO, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure strategic alignment. Oversee program planning, execution, governance, risk management, and successful delivery using SAFe Agile methodologies. ✅ What We're Looking For 15+ years of IT experience. 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience. At least 2 years managing enterprise portfolios or programs. Proven experience leading a full CRM selection and implementation project from requirements gathering through deployment. Experience with Planisware or another Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool. Experience working in large, complex organizations with evolving project management maturity. Experience working in SAFe Agile environments. ⭐ Nice to Have Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives. Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience managing procurement and vendor selection (RFP) processes.
