Project Manager (Incident Management Support) Burnaby, BC (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite) 5-Month Contract (Strong possibility of extension) We're looking for a Project Manager to support an Incident Management team by coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, tracking action items, and supporting reporting and governance processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and has strong organizational, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills. What You'll Be Doing Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and documentation for the Incident Management team. Maintain project documentation, records, action logs, and SharePoint repositories. Track project deliverables, action items, and follow up to ensure timelines are met. Prepare reports, meeting minutes, status updates, and project communications. Support incident investigations by organizing documentation and maintaining accurate records. Assist with reporting requirements and provide administrative support to ensure project activities run smoothly. Work closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate communication, collaboration, and project coordination. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline. Previous Project Management or Project Coordination experience. Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel, Word, Teams, and OneNote. Experience using SharePoint Online for document and records management. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Nice to Have Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. Records Management knowledge or certification. Major Case Management training or certification. JIBC Investigations & Enforcement Skills Certificate. CRSP or CRST designation.
