Job summary
Project Manager – Infrastructure Pay: $60–70/hour Incorporated | $49–57/hour T4 (Target) Location: Burnaby, BC (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite) Duration: 12-month contract with strong potential for extension We are seeking a Project Manager to lead low- to medium-risk infrastructure and construction projects from planning through completion. This role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and analytical skills to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Responsibilities Manage infrastructure and construction projects throughout the full project lifecycle. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, status reports, and communication plans. Monitor project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and risks. Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders. Prepare project reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI. Analyze large datasets to support project reporting and decision-making. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Project or Program Management experience (5+ years preferred). Experience managing project deliverables, schedules, budgets, risks, and multiple priorities. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience working with large datasets. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the infrastructure, utilities, or construction industry. Contract management experience. PMP certification is considered an asset.
