Senior Business analyst 12 Months contract Hybrid in Vancouver (3 days onsite) 10+ years Senior Business Analyst experience – Enterprise transformation, technology, cybersecurity, or business readiness programs. Strong Requirements & Stakeholder Management – Requirements elicitation, validation, prioritization, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement. Business Process Analysis & Impact Assessment – Process mapping, gap analysis, business impact assessments, and process improvement. Enterprise Technology Knowledge – Experience/understanding of Cloud, Infrastructure, IAM, Cybersecurity, ITIL, Enterprise Architecture, and/or OT. Program/Project Delivery Experience – Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies; managing multiple priorities, dependencies, and complex programs. Change & Business Readiness – Readiness assessments, deployment support, communications, training needs, adoption, and organizational change.
