Build and manage a sales pipeline including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Understand customers’ technical requirements and recommend appropriate measurement and instrumentation solutions tailored to their process challenges. Serve as a technical resource to clients, working closely with engineering, application specialists, and manufacturer partners to deliver accurate solutions. Collaborate with internal teams, engineering, service, and product specialists to ensure successful project implementation, commissioning, and follow-up support. Attend industry events, tradeshows, and customer meetings to develop and maintain strategic relationships. Provide timely reporting of sales activity, forecasts, and market insights to senior leadership. What you will bring: 3+ years outside sales experience in instrumentation, automation, or process measurement products. Ability to understand and articulate complex technical products and specifications to industrial clients. Strong proposal, quotation, and negotiation experience in a B2B environment. Comfortable using CRM systems and preparing professional sales documentation and forecasts. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders. Self-motivation, strong problem-solving ability, and a consultative sales approach. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value and building long-term partnerships. Team-oriented and collaborative, working effectively across internal functions to drive results.
