Civil / Structural Telecom Designer

6–8+ years in telecom, civil, or structural drafting/design. Experience creating telecom construction drawing packages. Strong experience with 5G upgrades, rooftop sites, towers, tower modifications, and telecom infrastructure. Experience with foundation details, structural reinforcement, site layouts, and installation drawings. Experience preparing IFC/construction/installation packages for field teams. Strong AutoCAD/CAD drafting experience; telecom-specific design tools are a plus. Experience reviewing markups, revisions, redlines, QA/QC, and drawing packages. Ability to work with engineers, PMs, field teams, and clients.
