About the Company A high-growth technology company is building AI software that helps organizations automate complex operational workflows. With a growing customer base across operationally intensive industries, the business is expanding its deployment team to help customers successfully implement and scale AI-powered solutions. The Role This is a customer-facing operations role focused on deploying AI into real business workflows. You'll work closely with customers to understand how their operations run, configure AI solutions to support those processes, and refine implementations until they operate reliably in production. The role suits someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working across technical and business teams, and taking ownership from implementation through long-term success. What You Will Do Partner with customers to understand operational workflows and translate them into reliable AI-powered processes. Configure, test, and refine AI agents to improve performance and increase autonomous execution in production. Lead customer deployments from initial implementation through production rollout, ensuring successful adoption. Work closely with product and engineering teams to resolve workflow challenges and improve deployment outcomes. Capture learnings from customer implementations to help improve the product and streamline future deployments. What You Bring Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand complex business processes and identify operational gaps. Excellent communication skills and confidence working with both customer stakeholders and technical teams. A proactive, hands-on approach to solving ambiguous problems and driving work forward independently. Strong technical aptitude with an interest in AI tools and a willingness to learn modern AI workflows. Experience building with AI, working in a high-growth technology environment, or an analytical background in areas such as STEM, computer science, economics, accounting, or finance is considered an asset.
