The firm helps clients modernize data foundations, build trusted data products, and apply analytics and AI to measurable business outcomes. Engineers typically work as part of a project pod alongside a Lead Architect, delivering hands-on implementation work on client engagements. Job Description As a Databricks Data Engineer, you will: Build and maintain production data pipelines using SQL, Python, and Apache Spark on Databricks. Implement Medallion Architecture patterns using Delta Lake and Unity Catalog. Support batch and streaming data integration workflows for client projects. Work within a project pod under the direction of a Lead Architect, translating designs into working pipelines. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing data pipelines. Collaborate with architects and other engineers across active client engagements. Job Requirements 3–5 years of experience as a Data Engineer, with hands-on experience on the Databricks platform. Strong working proficiency with SQL, Python, and Apache Spark. Experience with Delta Lake and production data pipeline development. Comfortable working in a client-facing consulting delivery model. Strong written and spoken English communication skills. Databricks certification is an asset. Why This Role?
