The Role This is a senior engineering leadership position with ownership of the infrastructure function, spanning cloud platforms, developer experience, security, compliance, and operational reliability. You'll lead an engineering team, influence technical direction, partner with customers and internal stakeholders, and help shape how the broader engineering organization grows. What You Will Do Lead and develop an infrastructure engineering team responsible for cloud platforms, DevOps, security, compliance, and developer tooling. Define and execute a multi-quarter roadmap focused on improving scalability, reliability, and operational performance. Guide architecture and engineering best practices across cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and production operations. Partner with engineering leaders, customers, and cross-functional teams to support secure, sustainable platform growth. Recruit, coach, and mentor engineers while contributing to the development of a high-performing engineering organization. What You Bring 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years leading engineering teams and 5+ years delivering mission-critical software. Strong expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Infrastructure as Code, SRE practices, IAM, database management, and cloud security. Experience managing security and compliance initiatives, including SOC 2 and production-grade operational environments. Proven background building and operating B2B enterprise software at scale, with a strong understanding of modern software development practices. Track record of hiring, mentoring, and growing engineering teams, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and leadership audiences.
