Business Analyst – Procurement & Operations (Ivalua) Full Time Toronto, ON Gather and document business requirements for Procurement and Operations processes leveraging Ivalua. Analyze Source-to-Pay, Vendor Management, Contract Management, and Procurement workflows. Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define future-state processes and system enhancements. Create user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and UAT scenarios. Support system configuration validation, testing, training, and production rollout activities. Collaborate with architects, developers, and operations teams to deliver business outcomes
