JD for Technical Program Management : • Strong experience in Technical Program Management within Cyber Security environments. • Deep understanding of Cyber Security frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance. • Experience managing enterprise security programs involving cloud, infrastructure, applications, and data protection. • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP Security, IAM, SIEM, Endpoint Security, and Security Operations. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies. Preferred Qualifications • PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications. • Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or Security+. • Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or other highly regulated industries.
