Job summary

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end UiPath RPA solutions, including scalable automations, technical documentation, and deployment packages. Collaborate across business and technical teams, review code, resolve production issues, uphold standards and governance, and support emerging Agentic Automation and AI-powered workflows.

· Required Qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath development. • Strong experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and deployment processes. • Hands-on experience and understanding of UiPath Cloud capabilities, including cloud-based development, orchestration, and automation services. • Knowledge of Agentic Automation concepts and experience building or supporting intelligent automation solutions. • Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, or related regulated industries. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath. • Participate in solution design discussions and recommend scalable automation approaches. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, developer artifacts, and deployment packages. • Perform code reviews and peer reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards. • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and support teams throughout the automation lifecycle. • Troubleshoot post-production issues and provide timely resolutions. • Implement RPA best practices, coding standards, and governance requirements. • Support automation initiatives involving complex business processes and enterprise integrations. • Contribute to the adoption of emerging automation technologies, including Agentic Automation and AI-powered workflows.
