This role is suited for a junior–intermediate analyst with 2–5 years of experience who is eager to learn systems, begin with business acceptance testing, and progressively grow into full business analysis responsibilities. The analyst will work closely with business and technical partners to understand user needs, translate them into clear requirements, and support end‑to‑end validation of solutions. Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues during testing are essential. The squad may work with government and PII data, requiring Reliability Clearance. Reporting to the Manager, Business & Systems Analysis Chapter, the Business & Systems Analyst is familiar with a wide variety of concepts, practices, and procedures as they relate to IT and general operations. They rely on experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals, and to do a variety of tasks. The Business & Systems Analyst conducts needs analysis, writes requirements/user stories, collaborates with others, and supports the team to increase productivity and reduce costs. What will you do? ü Analyze and define user needs and translate them into system requirements/epics/user stories/data mapping documents. ü Work with the team to conduct analysis on business requests with a focus on the links between processes and systems throughout the organization. ü Create and/or provide comments into internal and external communications and user documentation. ü Review and provide comments on business and technical documentation. ü Conduct Business Acceptance testing ü Support business on the roll-out of what has been developed with a focus on end-to-end validation. o This includes the occasional night/weekend implementation for business validation Must Have Skills: 2 to 5 years of progressive experience as a Business & Systems Analyst. Business acceptance testing. Skilled in test planning/execution and understanding the outcomes. Experience with technology and the ability to self-learn software. Knowledge of relevant business, processes, systems, and capabilities. Good understanding of privacy, compliance, control, and security requirements. Comfortable leveraging AI tools Proficient with Excel Soft Skills: · Strong analytical and communication skills. · Ability to work and demonstrate cooperation in a matrixed team environment. · Comfortable with data requirements and related data activities · Strong interpersonal / relationship building skills with technical and business personnel. · Good multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills. · Comfortable working in ambiguous environments. Nice to Have Skills: Experience in supporting customer facing operations is an asset. Bilingual French/English is an asset. Knowledge of financial services industry is an asset.
