Job summary

TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for " Change Manager” Job Description This is a 12 month contract located in Toronto, ON/ Hybrid (3 days/ week). Typical Day in Role: Lead end-to-end change delivery activities across multiple concurrent initiatives and Agile release cycles, ensuring successful implementation, rollout, and business readiness. Conduct business impact assessments to identify operational, process, technology, and client impacts and develop appropriate mitigation and readiness plans. Develop and execute integrated change and delivery plans, coordinating activities across business, operations, product, and technology teams. Manage release implementation activities, including testing coordination, deployment readiness, rollout planning, and implementation support. Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables while proactively driving resolution and maintaining delivery timelines. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and cross-functional working sessions to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful execution. Prepare and deliver status updates, dashboards, and leadership reporting related to project progress, implementation readiness, key risks, and business impacts. Collaborate closely with business, operations, and technology partners to ensure effective coordination and delivery of strategic change initiatives. Support continuous improvement efforts by incorporating lessons learned and feedback into future change and delivery activities. Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: 1. 8+ years of experience in Change Management 2. Previous experience working in a highly Agile environment (several overlapping releases, quick turnaround) 3. Previous experience in Cash Management/GTB or Capital Markets/GBM 4. Strong proficiency with MS Tools (Excel, PPT, Outlook, Sharepoint) Nice-To-Have Skills: Knowledge of the Bank's application systems and their relationships within the Bank is an asset Project Management experience including leading, planning and executing enterprise level initiatives Experience supporting product rollouts, commercialization initiatives, and operational readiness activities Testing coordination experience Soft Skills Required: Self-starter possessing confidence and initiative; able to cope with changing and evolving priorities while identifying new opportunities Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic negotiating skills A positive attitude combined with confidence to drive team priorities Comfortable working with ambiguity and problem solving Education: College Diploma/University Degree + required experience Candidate Review & Selection 1-2 rounds 1st – Program Lead + Director – 30 mins – Teams Video (behavioural/situational questions) 2nd – Program Lead + Director – 30 mins – Teams Video TekStaff may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools as part of the applicant screening process.
