Job summary
Title - IAM analyst Duration - 3 months Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: 5+ years of experience as an IAM Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Systems Analyst, with a deep understanding of core identity governance (IGA) or access management (AM/CIAM) concepts. Analytical Documentation: Exceptional skills in translating ambiguous business needs into structured functional requirement documents, process flows, data mapping matrices, and user stories. Communication & Facilitation: Outstanding workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills. CIAM Skill set: Experience working with application onboarding, integration, or migration initiatives and Understanding of customer authentication and access management concepts, including: Single Sign-On (SSO),Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA),Registration & Login Journeys,Password Management,Account Recovery, Identity Federation Platform Familiarity: Functional experience with at least one major market-leading platform is required (e.g., Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, SailPoint, Saviynt, or Microsoft Entra ID). Nice-To-Have Skills: Experience creating onboarding readiness assessments and migration checklists. Knowledge of adaptive authentication, passwordless authentication, and risk-based access controls. Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or other regulated industries. Understanding of security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Exposure to Power BI reporting and dashboard creation. Bilingualism (English/French/Spanish) is considered a strong asset for serving our international client base. What you’ll do
The IAM Analyst will translate ambiguous business needs into structured functional requirement documents and facilitate workshops with stakeholders. They will also work on application onboarding, integration, or migration initiatives related to identity and access management.
Requirements
Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in IAM roles and possess exceptional skills in documentation and stakeholder management. Familiarity with major identity management platforms and concepts like SSO and MFA is essential.
