TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for " Application Architect/Lead Developer” Job Description This is a 12 month contract located in Toronto/Ontario, Hybrid (2 days on site, 3 days work from home). SUMMARY OF THE ROLE: Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities – see below How much time is being spent in meetings – 4+ hours per day on average Who are they interacting with (internal/external) – internal and external Will the contractor have access to any customer data? – No MUST-HAVE Hard Skills: 1.) 2+ years of experience as an Architect within IT OR 4+ years of prior Lead developer experience 2.) Experience defining solutions sets from requirements 3.) Strong MS Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio) 4.) Experience presenting to large groups of people in person or virtually (50 people) 5.) Jira and Confluence experience SOFT SKILLS: 1.) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 2.) Strong interpersonal and time management skills 3.) Strong sense of urgency and adaptive to changes 4.) Team player 5.) Working collaboratively with the business NICE-TO-HAVE 1.) Agile experience 2.) contact Centre experience (IVR flows, desktop solutions, telecom etc.) 3.) Experience with Agentic AI solutions 4.) Amazon Solution Architect certification 5.) Experience within high regulated environment - Banking, Financial institution or medical TekStaff may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools as part of the applicant screening process. Requirements
