We're looking for a Test Automation Developer to help build and maintain the testing infrastructure that ensures our global products work flawlessly - every time. What You'll Do Develop & maintain automated test systems (Python/MATLAB). Collaborate with product teams to analyze technical requirements and develop comprehensive test plans that ensure clear traceability from requirements to results. Collaborate on functional, regression, failover, soak and performance testing. Work with RF equipment (e.g., spectrum/network analyzers). Upgrade and support test systems for production environments. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, test optimization, and continuous improvement. What You Bring Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in test automation or QA engineering. Strong programming skills in Python; MATLAB experience is a major plus. Hands-on hardware testing experience (industry or strong academic/lab background). Solid understanding of structured testing practices, troubleshooting, and debugging. Strong communication skills & detail-oriented mindset. Nice-to-Haves Experience with MySQL.
