Emplacement Du Poste Montréal État/Province Québec RESPONSABILITÉS Procéder aux tests à l’OTDR (réflectomètres optiques temporels) et mesureurs de puissance («power meter») Effectuer les ouvertures de boitiers (aériens et souterrains) Préparer des câbles Effectuer la fusion des fibres optiques Recherche d’anomalies et réparations EXIGENCES Posséder un permis de conduire classe 5 Détenir la carte ASP construction (ou obtention une fois embauché) Dextérité manuelle Capacité à travailler en hauteur et avec une échelle Habileté en lecture de plan Aimer le travail extérieur Possibilité de voyager hors de la région ATOUTS Permis de conduire classe 3 Formation APSAM Formation secourisme

What you’ll do

Perform OTDR and power meter tests and execute fiber optic splicing and cable preparation. Responsible for opening aerial and underground boxes and repairing network anomalies.

Requirements

Requires a Class 5 driver's license, ASP construction card, and the ability to work outdoors and at heights. Manual dexterity and the ability to read blueprints are essential.
