What you’ll do Manage an assigned portfolio by applying consistent, accurate, and proactive credit practices. Provide guidance and mentorship to credit team members on account management, credit regulations, and best practices. Ensure effective account oversight in full compliance with internal policies and applicable external laws and regulations. Oversee timely resolution of customer disputes. Identify and escalate material credit risks to management as appropriate. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of credit policies and procedures. Prepare reporting packages for multiple business units for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, including activities related to month-end close. Participate in daily team activities such as huddles and provide clear direction on priorities. Provide backup support to the Credit &Collections Team Lead What you need Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills — required. Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail — required. Experience training or guiding others — required. Minimum 5 years of commercial credit experience — required. Advanced Excel skills — required. Understanding of financial controls and related procedures— required. CCP designation or experience working in a publicly traded environment — advantage. SAP experience — advantage.
